Get ready to celebrate Mother’s Day at the Elm with our annual GAMES WITH MOM event! Join us for a short and sweet afternoon filled with silly games and savory snacks. We are more than happy to accept volunteers (whether single, or married with no kids) to join us for the event and honor moms alongside us! Registration deadline is April 30th.

Potluck with a twist! Come sample lots of yummy food and leave with the instructions on how to make it all yourself.
The recipe you choose doesn’t have to be original and it can be as simple or complex as you want it to be! Send your recipe to kayleewise2014@gmail.com by May 15th so that it can be a part of a Recipe Swap Cookbook.
Try to stay away from shell fish, flaxseeds, and peanuts. If your recipe includes these items, please make sure to indicate in recipe.

Super Bowl Party
Join us for our annual Super Bowl Party at the Elm Church, as the San Francisco 49’ers play the Kansas City Chiefs. We’re joining forces with Waypoint Church? Not into football? Come for the community, laugh at ads, watch the half-time show or just simply hangout. Food is potluck style and registration is required.

Candle Making

Open enrollment season is coming up! Our very own Michele will be providing insights on company-sponsored benefits and how to maximize employer offerings.
Christmas Toy Drive
City Mission is teaming up with PS 7, a local elementary school in Elmhurst, to buy 800 gifts for their grades 2-5 students! Our team has put together an Amazon registry where you can order as many gifts as you want, and they’ll be sent directly to the Elm church. When the gifts arrive, we will coordinate a day (to be determined) to sort the gifts and write little notes on each one for a personal touch! We will be closing the link on Thanksgiving.
